Refund Policy

If after all included revisions you are still not satisfied with your final design, we offer a refund of $174, and you will only pay for the $75 consultation fee. This consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized planning provided during your one-on-one design session.

We rarely see this happen because we are deeply invested in creating designs our clients love. This policy simply reflects our confidence in our process while protecting the professional time and expertise dedicated to every project.
